How long have you been a dance instructor for and what styles of dance do you teach?

I have been a teacher for 3 years now, I teach Jazz, Ballet, and contemporary

What is your motivation as a dancer and an instructor?

100% my main source of motivation as a teacher is being able to watch my students up on stage at the concert and seeing the amazing work that has come out of the year!

Favourite genre of music and how do you creatively interpret it to your choreography?

I love all the styles of dance that I teach but I feel that in contemporary dance the music choices are so diverse that there is truly no limit to how you can interpret the music given to you.

What do you carry in your dance bag?

I definitely carry more than I need in my dance bag. I have about 4 different pairs of jazz shoes in various colours, about every pair of point shoe I’ve ever had since I started 3 years ago. There is always a snack or 2 and about a million bobby pins and hair ties floating around in the bottom. :)
