WHAT DO YOU CARRY IN YOUR DANCE BAG?

- water

- kneepads

- sports tape

- physio ball

- motivation

WHAT IS YOUR MOTIVATION AS A DANCE TEACHER?

- To educate, knowledge is power. If you can understand it all in your head you can connect it to your body.  I love confidence and that’s what i teach.

WHAT IS THE MOST CHALLENGING THING ABOUT DANCE?

Staying fit, staying relevant, knowing that there is always someone out there better than you, doing more than you. Having enough confidence in myself as a performer to know what i have to offer is enough.
